From its beginnings, the company was managed by its founding partner José María Simó, a business man with a flair for innovation and an axtraordinary commercial vision who gave to the company an international dimension unusual for that time in Spain.
In 1970, the company moved to its current location in the "Masía del Juez" Industrial Estate, occupying a building measuring over 14.000 square metres in size. In 2005, four years after the demise of José María Simó, his widow, María Dolores Pascual, purchased the entire company stock from other partners and converted the firm into a family business managed by the descendents, who gave it a new and innovative touch, adapting to advanced technologies and current market demands.
At the end of 2006, an important capital increase was made and Suministros Industriales Koala, S.A., company with family links, became a new shareholder, producing important synergies in the two companies on both the commercial and management levels. Bronces Mestre, S.A. is a benchmark name for quality and prestige in the metal fittings trade both on the national and international markets.
